These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Website and the provision of Products and Services. By accessing Website and / or placing an Order, Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Each time Buyer uses or cause access to Website, Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time with or without notice to Buyer. If Buyer is accessing Products and Services using a particular service on or accessed through this Website, Buyer agrees to be subject to Associated Terms and Conditions governing the use of such Products and Services. Such Associated Terms and Conditions shall be considered as being part and parcel of these Terms and Conditions by reference. If Buyer does not agree to Terms and Conditions in their entirety, Buyer must immediately cease using and leave Website.

3. Products and Services

Products and Services are provided to Buyer on an "as-is" basis. Buyer agrees that Seller exclusively reserves the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to Buyer, modify or discontinue Website or Products and Services. All reasonable efforts are made to ensure Products and Services are as described and depicted on screen. However, variations in colour may result from colour calibration and variability in the printing process.

4. Terms Of Sale

Seller agrees to provide Products and Services to Buyer on basis of Terms and Conditions and eligibility of Buyer. The display of Products and Services on Website shall be considered as an invitation to treat. By placing an Order, Buyer is making an offer to purchase Products and Services and specifically authorises Seller to transmit information provided by Buyer (including any updated information) and to obtain information about Buyer's debit or credit card or credit card number, to authenticate Buyer's identity, to validate Buyer's credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. Upon receipt of Order, Seller will send an "Order Acknowledgment" to the email address provided by Buyer at with the time Order is placed. Receipt of Order does not constitute acceptance of Buyer's offer to purchase Products and Services from Seller. Products and Services will be dispatched following: a) review and acceptance by Seller of Order placed by Buyer; b) receipt and clearance of payment in full from Buyer for each Order placed. Buyer's offer to purchase Products and Services will be deemed to have been accepted by Seller when Seller sends email confirmation to Buyer that the Order has been dispatched. Please note that we have an ordering system that does not allow you to order a product from our website if it is out of stock. However, in the unlikely event that an error occurs and Buyer places an Order for Products and Services that are out of stock, Seller will re-credit to Buyer's account with the sum deducted by Seller in respect of such Order as soon as reasonably possible, but in any event within 30 days of the date on which Order was received. Seller shall have no liability to provide any compensation for failure to fulfill such Order or for any disappointment suffered by Buyer.

5. Eligibility to Purchase

To be eligible to purchase Products and Services on Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts with Seller, Buyer must: a) Register by providing Buyer's name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other information as requested; b) Stipulate a full, acceptable delivery address. Please note that shipment will not be made to PO Boxes, hotels or temporary accommodation addresses; c) Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to Seller..

Payment for Order must be in Pounds Sterling by credit or debit card, American Express or Paypal, for the amount as defined on each Order.

7. Buyer's Conduct

Buyer explicitly agrees, in using Website or any Products and Services that Buyer shall not: (a) submit or provide any information or perform any conduct that may be unlawful, illegal, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, stalking, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, offensive, objectionable, pornographic, designed to or does interfere or interrupt this web site or any service provided, infected with a virus or other destructive or deleterious programming routine, give rise to civil or criminal liability, or which may violate an applicable local, national or international law; (b) impersonate or misrepresent your association with any person or entity, or forge or otherwise seek to conceal or misrepresent the origin of any Content provided by Buyer; (c) collect or harvest any data about other users; (d) provide or use or associate Website or any content or Products and Services in any commercial manner or in any manner that would involve junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized advertising; (e) provide any content that may give rise to Seller's civil or criminal liability or which may constitute or be considered a violation of any local, national or international law, including but not limited to laws relating to copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secrets.

8. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller, including Seller's subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, service providers, suppliers and co-branders harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of Buyer's conduct or connection with Website or Products and Services, Buyer's provision of information or violation of Terms and Conditions or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.

9. Liability

Buyer agrees that use of this website is entirely at Buyer's risk. Seller shall not be responsible to Buyer in any way for the content that appears Website nor for any error or omission. Any use of or reliance on Website shall be at Buyer's sole risk. Seller makes no representation, guarantee or warranty of any kind regarding Website and Buyer agrees Website is provided on an "as-is" basis. Seller expressly disclaims all representations, warranties, conditions and endorsements. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Seller makes no warranty as to the accuracy, quality or completeness of the contents of Website, nor to title or non-infringement, nor to the absence of any software virus or other harmful component. Seller does not warrant that this Site will continue to operate, will operate without interruptions, or that it will be error-free. Seller shall have no responsibility to maintain or delete the data Buyer provides, whether temporarily or permanently. Seller shall have no responsibility or liability for the deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information provided by Buyer.

10. Privacy Policy

Seller shall treat all information provided by Buyer as confidential. Seller will not knowingly disclose, provide or sell Buyer's information to any third party, except as required in direct connection with the fulfillment of an Order placed by Buyer.

11. Price and Delivery

The prices payable for the Products and Services are in Pounds Sterling, at prices set out in Website. Prices include applicable VAT. Orders submitted before noon will generally be processed and, if accepted, will generally be dispatched on the same working day. Shipping will generally be made using first class Royal Mail delivery services for all UK addresses. No additional charge is made for delivery to UK addresses. Our objective is to consistently provide a prompt delivery service, however, shipping and handling times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control. Seller shall have no liability to Buyer in respect of late, delayed or failed deliveries.

12. World Wide Deliveries

Seller currently ships Products and Services to UK addresses, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and USA only.

13. Cancellation

Buyer may cancel Order before Seller has accepted the Order and Buyer shall automatically receive a full refund. For the avoidance of doubt, Buyer may cancel Order and receive a full refund if Order has not been dispatched. Buyer may cancel an Order by emailing a copy of the Order Acknowledgement to Customer Services together with a request for cancellation of the Order. If Order has been dispatched, then the Returns Policy applies.

14. Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our Products and Services, so that we can address the situation. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have received from us, please return it together with the original packaging and a copy of your invoice, within 14 days of the date of receipt. Providing Products and Services returned by Buyer are received by Seller in a reasonable, saleable condition, Seller agrees to refund Seller the cost of the original Order.

15. Damaged Goods

If Buyer receives Products and Services that have been damaged during shipment, please contact Customer Services. At Seller's request, Buyer agrees to return damaged Products and Services together with original packaging for inspection. At Seller's sole discretion and subject to availability of stock, Seller will provide direct replacement of such Products and Services and by agreement cover reasonable postage for returned Products and Services. In the event that direct replacement is not possible, Buyer may be offered alternative Products and Services or a refund, at Seller's discretion.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all notices from Buyer to Seller must be in writing to:-

17. Dispute Resolution

Your overall satisfaction with our Product and Services, is key to our business. If regrettably, you do have any issues, please contact Customer Services. We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours on any working day.

18. Law

Any contract made between Buyer and Seller is made under English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
